IMWCA uses NEOGOV’s LEARNING platform to provide our members with over 300 titles for safety, human resources and other relevant topics to help local governments manage their employees.

Beyond the existing titles offered, the platform allows members to develop their own training courses, upload policies and procedures for employee review and serve as a storage site for training documentation.
