In fiscal year 2008-2009, 36 IMWCA members participated in a Company Nurse pilot project. Through a pilot program, we found that using the services of Company Nurse for day-of-injury reporting has greatly enhanced the timely reporting of claims and facilitated communication between the parties. Due to the success of the pilot program, as of July 1, 2009, Company Nurse is the only way to report claims to IMWCA.

New members will need to enroll in this program by filling out the client information template and returning it to Gail McMillan with Company Nurse at gailm@companynurse.com.
